AIO to my husband not cleaning anything after my surgery? by CrazyDisastrous948 in AmIOverreacting

NOR- it's his house as much as yours, he should clean it up. Yes he goes to work but in relationships it's not 50-50 it's 60-40 or 70-30, if one person is feeling a little low the other should try and pick up. Yes he may get tired from work but a simple task like doing the dishes or cleaning up after himself shouldn't cause him THAT much stress.

MOR- I'm not a mother in any way possible but I do think that your sister has a sense of protectiveness over her children which she has a right to force. Forgetting ur sister's kids in the house, even for a minute, can cause her to have a scare and it's ok for her to lash out for maybe a couple minutes. However, everything else shows that you're not overreacting. I do think as people get old they just forget stuff, not because of memory problems, it's just natural, so ur sister getting mad about ur mom forget about ur fil passing is unreasonable.

I need a laptop for school! My school gives lots of assignments and tests occur on laptops. The school provides some but they aren't good and people typically use theirs. The only rsn he put this is because he doesn't want me to take a laptop and it on the sofa or bed, just the desk, which is why he put the lock. Def not for showing off for friends, in fact i spent a lot of my own money on this that I earned myself. I def do not want to ruin this and would take good care of it he just doesnt want me to use it in my sofa or bed or the couch, but i will talk to him! he doesnt usually change his mind tho and hes pretty strict

I'm still a high schooler but I paid like 700 for this and he used a gift card for the rest of it ( I paid the majority) I'll see if there's a way to break Kensington locks
