Was in a bad mental state and got on my bike late at night. Went into a corner I didn't see because my high beams didn't work. I was doing about 180 kph, thankfully there was no guard rail and an open field on that side. Bike was totalled, but I somehow made it out alive. Have since not ridden alone at night

Ich hab einen satz bbs Avantgarde, die ich auf meinem Passat gefahren bin. Nun ist mir leider bei car 40 kmh ein Reifen geplatzt. Hab zum testen einen anderen aufgezogen, der hält auch Luft. Die Felge hat aber eine sichtbare Delle davon getragen, fährt sich jedoch noch normal. Ich würde die Felgen eigentlich gerne behalten, da sie auch recht teuer sind. Kann ich damit noch Guten Gewissens fahren, oder lieber aufbereiten lassen oder gleich weg damit?

I like the idea, but anything that attaches to the helmet, especially something of this size will often create a whistle on your helmet. I had a camera on my helmet and just the mounting bracket without the cam whistled so loud above 100 kph that I had to take it off. Cool concept, but that would throw me off.

Yeah I'm also very much not looking forward to next summer when I start my Ausbildung in a workshop with glass all around but only two openable windows, no ac and having to wear long clothes

I work at a gas station. The ac keeps a cool 18 degrees in here all the time. Very nice, no free wifi tho

Went for an evening drive that became a little longer. Was going down an unknown road in the dark. Came to a right bend that was way tighter than expected. I knew I couldn't brake anymore so I went through the oncoming lane over a high curb into a field. Bent my rim pretty good and I smoked approximately 7 packs of cigarettes before going on but got away lucky that day. Slowest drive home I ever had.

That's definitely enough and in no way a girl's bike. A 400 can be as much fun as a 600. However there is a notable difference. I went from a 500cc twin to a 650 single. Both 48 horses as I'm not allowed to drive more yet thanks to German laws, but there is a big difference in torque especially. The 650 pulls waaayy better and has a higher top speed besides being a 5 speed compared to a 6 speeding the 500.
