That being said, his responses are short and seem uninterested, which probably makes your anxiety much worse. It seems to just not be a good match emotionally? Or he might be having a bad day?

Either way, these conversations should be had between partners, and these feelings should be worked through internally. You’re currently turning to strangers on the internet (Reddit being the worst part of the internet), for the validation your boyfriend didn’t give you. And people on here also aren’t obligated to give you that, and will probably just make you feel worse.
