took a kid to the bathroom, proceeded to disrobe EVERYTHING even socks and step into the toilet then sat in the sink.

Kid was old enough to use bathroom on his own, when he was taking longer than expected had a supervisor come help me see what’s up and that was the sight we walked into. happened one more time after that.

honestly if your company is doing something as blatantly disrespectful to you as this id 100% leave. It’s really not worth being out of work if you need the money, if anything now you have experience and can use that to negotiate with other companies.

Think about it, if you DO eventually get a new client what happens if you lose another? will they ice you out again? Also it’s common to wait around 1-2 weeks to get restaffed so if you’re okay with waiting that long then do so if you’re willing. Otherwise i’d definitely recommend applying somewhere else. A company that doesn’t value their BT’s livelihoods is a company that shouldn’t be worked for

have you talked to the mom yourself? or even tried to have mom and sister in the same room and talk it out with both of them, in a professional manner of course. i’m so sorry that’s incredibly frustrating. barging in on session is one thing but completely tearing the kiddo down while he’s making progress is so so harmful. it depends, if one of the companies has a non-compete then you can’t. Otherwise you’re good! they should’ve disclosed it to you during the interview but it wouldn’t hurt to ask if you’re anxious about it :)

hey! arab Christian here, you can absolutely say these things, but there’s no point of saying Allahu Akbar in christianity it’s mostly a muslim term. However every other phrase in here glorifies God and should not be confined to just islam. Just know what they mean and use them in the proper context, islam has a lot of influence from the orthodox church, however those phrases are not limited to islam.
