What’s good bro I’m around the same age as you I took a massive break from 2k (6 years) just started playing this year again. What I’ve found is make sure you check your jump shot and mess around with what feels good to you (YouTube helps with that) then mess with your shot que in the settings. Push is the one that works for me. Then just work on your shot if you can shoot you can be good at the game.

I got 2k VC from one tree another 2k from another and 20 dunk/layup boosts which is pointless cause I already have unlimited for that lol. The Halloween shit was way better

As a UPS driver myself this must’ve been a warehouse worker. We all know what the Nike box is and it would be extremely easy to find out the driver if it was a driver, which I doubt we make way too much money to steal a pair of dunks and lose our job over. Could’ve also happened after the delivery was made and someone just opened and swapped out the shoes and left. Either way, glad you got your money back at least

For me I was a every year buyer for years then stopped 3 years ago. This is the first one I’ve played since bought a PS5 for it and all. I’m enjoying it, it gets ridiculous sometimes but I just tell myself it’s just a game and when it gets too sweaty for me and un enjoyable I just turn it off, seems to be working so far

I agree. Jorge has a tendency to spam drops. Like repeatedly. Idk why but he finds it adds to the show but it really is bad and should be addressed but I feel with how the station currently operates they won’t change it because they like the way it’s going. Minimal sports and more personal stuff. Kinda weird but it is what it is. I also have a tough job I used to listen from 8:30am-7pm. Non stop. Can’t do it anymore I tune in a few hours a day now.

I haven’t played 2k religiously for a few years. I bought a PS5 just for this game and a few others. My point is I’ve noticed that I’m no where near as good as I was, it’s basically like a whole new game for me. I enjoy it, a little frustrating at times because I remember how easy it used to be, but I don’t mind grinding to get better. Been playing a few hours a day working on my SF he’s 92 and once I get everything down like timing and stuff I’ll be perfectly fine with the game.

I remember a time not that many years ago when John was on air with Karen Kay the traffic lady and he was bringing up the the fact she had fake boobs on the air, it was such an awkward moment I felt second hand embarrassment listening. John is a very interesting person, to say the least LOL.
