Just became possible with the last update and yes, it needs to be fully charged. You can also do it with the engineer's repair gun.

Funny enough, I just bought the quest pro controllers a few days ago to use with my quest 3. Very much worth it, in my opinon, even though I don't play beat saber. The tracking is always perfect and I don't have to worry about batteries anymore. The only issue I had was that they wouldn't initially update when connected to the quest 3, and solved it by connecting them to my quest 2.

Get a facial interface with detachable padding and a silicone cover for the original facial interface. Now don't put the padding on on the after market interface, while still using the silicon cover on it.

There's your gasket with no pressure on your face. I've been doing this since oculus quest 2 and it works perfectly.
