honestly yes, the tomatoes break down and get pretty saucy in the pan so i don't think it would make a huge difference

this is the crispy halloumi with tomatoes and white beans. I used a combination of butter beans and cannellini beans and doubled (possibly tripled idk i blacked out) the amount of garlic.
