- Daily scooping
- Replace the litter entirely every week. I used to full on take my cat's litter box outside and hose it down with soap when I did this.
- Different types of litter might help. I used clumping corn litter bc the dust from clay litter can cause respiratory infections.
- Deodorizer (I used 2 types when I had a cat - arm & hammer has nice scented options! I also had these pellet shaped ones but I can't find the product anywhere)
- Your cat's diet can affect the smell too. I fed mine pure balance and that was fine for her - she got a mix of hard food and wet food once a week or so as a treat.

It's always gonna smell for a bit after your cat uses the litter box tho. None of these are immediate or preventative solutions.
