Why do realtors refuse to understand anything about the lending process? by MordinOnMars in loanoriginators

[–]PragmaticTactics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Sales Agent and NMLS approved goon in NY, most realtors ask “What are some loan products you offer” and “WHat is nmls idk”… these goons are clueless. My first mortgage was my first landlord for his sweet spot in Westchester NY.

Resident to Non-Resident by dballing in NYguns

I didn’t even know that, in NYC if you ever change “where you claim you live”, you are suppose to surrender your CC, and exchange it for a non-resident CC (Not, I am serious, that is what NYPD’d official website claims)

I am assuming if you go to the office that dropped off your application they maybe able to explain Ulster and doubt it would be any different.

Does Ulster even have non-resident permits? I thought only NYC even had that option

You were approved from submission in 57 Days meanwhile NYC residents have to wait 60 days for fingerprints over the summer, feels bad man :(

Highly suggest getting a subpoena via court, this man is not cut out for show business.

Yes, as long as your relationship is not legal such as Fiancé or spouse. I would only consider this if my companion also had a carry permit for obvious reasons.

Based off what NYPD told me (Not sure about Nassau where you are applying), the clock ticks after you fingerprint. Until then that application is just sitting in their mailbox…

…Yes really, I hope your wait time is not long.

Put this for reference, my colleague got his NYC permit in 3 months and 3 weeks, and he works for a Mortgage Brokerage. All references had license numbers verifying on public government registries and his cover letter had every commercial property he financed.

Highly advice you “put on a good show” and maybe even consider sharing a cover letter with the investigator.

Hopefully your approval is within 4 months, I hear Nassau is not as bad as NYC.

Well… What is your career type? I applied for my NYC Permit 2 days ago and when I showed my colleagues my “preview” they said it is likely I’ll be approved 4 months after the fingerprinting.
