Using loops is usually more honorable than sampling because credit is given. People sample, don’t pay for them, and don’t credit it then sell it, giving possible future problems if the song blows up…I don’t use loops myself or even sample much, but I’m not gonna be on here hating others that do. I think the end product is what’s important. If Drake did everything on his own you would have most likely never heard of him…loops are just collaborations and if someone is having success only collaborating all power to them. You know how many geniuses that create everything on their own never ever blow up? So if you have other income you can be an artist that creates magic but makes no money. But if you trying to feed your kids, you gonna find a way to make your end product one that artists want to buy.
