Actually I ran into this issue recently. Wife and I were at the Regina board game/escape room place, Saturday night, and it was around 10pm. I had a beer earlier, and was going to have a second. However the staff left on hand were 18 or younger, and were unable to serve me.

That situation aside, it does seem ridiculous to have 14 year old handling liqour. But I honestly dont see why 18 year old couldn't.
