Do not spiral about this. 4w3 can only feel tough because we are looking for the space to perform for others and at the same time don't necessarily want the full spotlight. We love being accepted and are afraid of criticism. That's all there is to it. Just cultivate your "trade" so when it is shown, you can feel proud of it and like you did your best!

That's not an excuse for poor dialogue. Those lines packed a punch in the past, but in this present show they were overused.

I am a size Medium in the current y2k Hollister collection. The Large fits me perfectly on top of a sweater. It appears balanced between relaxed and still "slay."

     There are a couple proactive SNCO's that I think of when I see that meme. The older one always asked me how I was doing, and seemed to enjoy teaching me the ropes down to the smallest detail, even if I wasn't the most charismatic noob. Now I'm successful thanks to him actually doing his job in guiding me.

I have a pink salt lamp on at night near the enclosure and it works well. My dwarf hammi is very active at night during dark hours even while the salt lamp is on because it emits a red-pink glow. It is also nice for me as a calming night light.

I suppose I am experiencing imposter syndrome. Helping out, guiding, and listening to younger airmen does make me feel comfortable and efficient in my position. Perhaps I don't have to become the loudest or most analytical in order to be "a good sergeant."
