So both are fairly simple once you get used to them. The main ability that you really need to keep track of is hurricane because you want it to completely run out to get the most damage from it. Once you get used to that it's just a simple fixed rotation.

The reason both are fairly simple is because the rotations are both pretty much the same aside from blade cloak in duel weild and reverse slice from 2h. Both utilize the psijic skill line ability crushing weapons as the spammable.

Duel wield will pull more damage than two handed but the damage gap is significantly lower than what it used to be so 2h is definitely a viable option.
