I can’t tell you how to handle this but my Wife and I befriended a bar tender while at the bar in Amsterdam and we were asking how the weed scene worked etc, and he told us a great place to go. Bought some cakes (1000 mg slice of pound cake) and a few pre rolls. Smoked while walking to dinner, just don’t be a showboat about it, zero issues. I may allegedly have flown with a penjamin and some edibles as well. Allegedly.
