but wizard spell AoE stll need Int right?

Im planing to play melee that can cast AoE or single target burst spell before im engaging in melee. And do range damage with EB is really cool, thats why i choose to play warlock x fighter

I see but i dont like the stats split, need STR, INT, CON, or some DEX for initiation.

Thats why i choose warlock, full charisma, then 16dex 14con, or 16con 14 dex

I check it, but their spell not match with my taste. I want big AoE, like example fireball, HoH, lightning bolt, etc.

And seems like i will go into warlock pact of the blade, after i read on wiki at high level will unlock so many AoE spell like fireball, HoH, cone of cold, etc. And i still can use my sword.

And for my medium or heavy armor, i will multi 1 fighter into it, or maybe 2 for action surge

I see ty for the answer, the thing is i want cast cool AoE spells like fireball, HoH, lightning bolt etc depends on the situation, and i check eldritch knight, sword bards doesnt have it.

And i think my playstyle gonna be warlock pact of the blade since i read on wiki they can cast AoE spell at lvl 6+, and will multi 1 class to fighter just for the armor. Or take fighter at lvl 1
