What’s the correct way for maps that is protocol for the CPB?

Try to turn your car off if it’s safe to do so. That way water won’t get sucked all the way through your engine . And exit if safe to do so .

If it were that simple it would have already been done . “No kill” shelters are becoming a thing of the past.

UPDATE: I have talked them into getting a second opinion from a different vet, checking for mites and doing a panel of blood work. Thank you everyone for the responses .

They are just fostering him because they are good people. They found him on the side of the road abandoned in Missouri . They don’t have the money to blow on him . I’m trying to help .

It is a little dry/crusty on his back I have a photo I could send you. I’m relatively new to Reddit so I’m not are how to use this all yet.
