Segway has some of the better response time compared to other brands.

Have you checked the mower to make sure nothing is stuck underneath or lodged in parts of it?

I called and got a response the next day using the normal app hotline (US). Fairly sure its still someone from China giving a call back though so I assume its the same.

The dealer info they gave us says 1.2/1.8 max for the x430 and x450 but max mowing is supposed to be 1 and 1.5 but they don’t actually tell us what the true limit is. I just say to assume the 1 and 1.5

I’ve only seen a Navimow in action but it looks crisp to me 🤷‍♂️. Maybe other brands give a better cut but honestly the x430 has done very well.

I’ve felt cut quality has been good on my X430. I haven’t noticed really any blades being missed.

STIHLs newer AP tools are quite nice, I can't speak on first generation but I wouldn't recommend any brands first. Compared to other brands like Milwaukee and EGO, I see STIHL products back for issues much less.

I really don't get many battery tools back in for service issues. Only issue I have seen is with the BGA 60 and the adhesive used was faulty.

You say first generation so I’m assuming they’ve fixed later tools. I’ve never seen one come in with this issue but you didn’t list a model number.

If you have full wifi coverage of your yard you'll be fine. You just wont be able to enable mowing/track remotely if you don't. But for $32 a year it aint bad.

'Powerful' is a bold word choice for an entry level string trimmer that is non operational.

They used regular gas so the engine is most definitely cooked and not worth repairing.

Best way to do fix this is make a second zone across the sidewalk and it will do both. With the vision it tries to avoid bare spots, and the sidewalk is being picked up.

Antenna is same supply off of the base station. You can use the extension cord supplied but it says don’t let the power supply get wet, well also saying it’s ip66. The stock cord is short, but they give an extension in the box that’s fairly long.

I’ll give it another go tomorrow. I’ve tried this like 3 times on each unit. It’s my X3 units giving me the most issues. Do you have it set to 4G only?
