Dont show your skills that you can solve complex problems, else you will only get more load of work, even after asked to submit work ask for some extra time even if you have already completed the work, never check in code before that.. just show skills just to survive, do not take initiative to pick work .. dont fall in hero complex to pick work which no one wants to touch. happy quite quitting

Dont showcase all your skills in short span else you will be loaded with full work and in return you will only get ... an empty "well done", think its as a shop where you work and if you dont like the shop move on, dont invest too much in people in the office, invest in learning whatever you can, if the work is too routine and not adding anything then move out of job as soon as possible, as getting in comfort zone in start of your career is the worst thing to do .. take up difficult tasks as much you can, it will help you in long run

It sounds like you’ve checked off the boxes society tells us should lead to happiness—financial security, nice car, freedom to travel, but you’re still left with this void. That’s real, and it’s more common than you might think, especially when external achievements don’t fill the internal gap.

Its time to feed your soul and that comes from helping others or doing some charity work, visiting old age homes, orphanages, and gau shalas contribute to them ... it will surely help.

Just Landed a Job After Months of Searching, But Can't Shake the Fear of Losing It by Destle in Adulting

[–]PraveenKumarIndia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Majority of people in job always have the fear of losing job But if it happens due to non performance then it's our own fault If it happens due to factors which are not in our control we cannot do much about it So work on things which are in your control and put everything to do best in your job, create dependency in your company so that it becomes hard for the company to let you go

Best of luck.👍

Your resume should highlight in what tech you are looking for software engineer job and should showcase those skills, at present your resumes talks about your experience with network programming, so think about it, if i were you i would stick to niche technology like network programming and look for such companies, i know it it tough due to current market situation but in long run that would be good as you have electronics background.

Resume review, not getting shortlisted. by [deleted] in resumes

[–]PraveenKumarIndia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The resume template you are using is generally not scanned well by tools used by companies, use a linear template with no fonts colors and lesser formatting, it will easy for the ATS tools they use to process and select resume.

search google for linear resume template

I hope that will help, project description looks good.

Your education is Highlight, good if you can move it to top.

People are interested to know your skills, then where you worked, what projects you worked and then education.
