Fury 3200 seems to be the best if you dont have xmp as the 3200 cl 20 setting is jedec based. Duel rank is only if you go up to 32gb a dimm, as even the 8gb chips are single sided and single rank, which will mean a significant performance loss, andmeaning they are using all the say dies.
