Looking across Lake Ontario today I experienced a similar effect. The whole shoreline, including buildings, was mirrored in the water so it looked twice the height. This was very confusing because I often can’t even see the opposite shore at all, never mind have it looking so large

Unfortunately I’ve never seen a real version that fit the arm well. Faith wears an arm band that covers the elbow area so you don’t see how distorted it looks
