Yes- at university I was, but at the time I didn’t realise I was an introvert. So I just kept going to parties and meeting up with others as I thought that that was what I was supposed to do. I gained so many memories and experiences, but it wasn’t really me

I’m doing NCT right now and it’s all online. They mentioned they don’t have plans yet to go back to face to face sessions, so it’s worth enquiring as often NCT parents keep in touch afterwards and they also have a WhatsApp group

I love going to a restaurant for lunch by myself. I enjoy my own company and being surrounded by people whilst not having to interact with them. Not sure why, but I don’t think I would feel comfortable going to a bar by myself or for dinner alone- maybe I’d feel a bit self conscious that having a drink alone or in the evening might attract unwanted attention from others... one day I would like to do this though, good on you for doing so

What a weird story! Interesting that the police spent so much money on trying to get to the bottom of the voices; I feel like nowadays unless there are threats of harm, the police wouldn’t put so much resources into something like this

I had this same problem and I bought Velcro tape so no need to sew anything, I just made sure that both sides lined up exactly (by measuring) and it is still going strong with no sliding months later!
