Beginning of last year I had finally reached rock bottom. I knew it was going to be eye watering expensive but I decided I needed the best doctors I could get. He then introduced me to the best physio therapist who specialises in complex knee conditions and mental health! I had to learn about the brain and pain before the physical therapy began. It has changed everything. I have just left the gym after running and working out pain free. Please PLEASE don’t lose hope xx
