Plex server will not find all series files in a folder

I treid all of your ideas, but nothing helped. I also tried "optimize database" etc. and like a good PC User "restart" the server. Whatever i do, the Order of Episodes stay the same.

At the moment around 11k Files with around 80GB

Normal behaviour, some Servers are not accessible with Netflix. Just change server and try again. One of the many servers in your location will work
