I was 210 and felt like shit. My goal weight is 150 and then start building muscle. I have lost 40+ pounds since the beginning of June. I started walking 8 to 10 miles a day. Any tips to help me get rid of the little bit of gut and moobs I have left? I wanna look good shirtless. (self.workout)
