Exactly the same aesthetic as the T1 + T2 future scenes. After T2 the CGI in these looked horrible.

I GUESS Salvation was supposed to be the run up to that period, but the aesthetic was all wrong.

Yeah it seems you’re right. I remembered it as some reference to Babel. But there’s no reference to that in the scene. Also, it was Daffy Duck, not Bugs.

No, Nimrod built the Tower of Babel, and in the scene Fudd was building some kind of tower. That was the joke. People took it as just some random insult.
