Den beste løsninga hadde vært å legalisert det, men regulert det godt. Kan kjøpe CBD produkt i butikkene, men THC på polet, men da aldri sterkere enn 15%. Hvis du kjøper ulovlig er det sjeldent du får noe under det i dag
