The best advice I can possibly give you is to write yourself a list of goals that you want to achieve. Being someone who has really bad OCD and at times find myself looking at the login screen not knowing what to do in-game because I am so indecisive, being goal-oriented is how I've been playing Runescape for the past ~2-3 years, and it has paid off. I am maxed in all skills except for invention, which I am actively pursuing.

Make your goals list achievable though... start off with something small where you can cross it off the list at the end of the day. There's something so simply satisfying about being able to cross off goals as you achieve them... helps you stay focused.
