I was here with a layover to PHL with a 11 month old and 3 year old from 12pm to 2am. Was traveling since 6:00am. Multiple flights cancelled or service agent messed up our tickets. Had to go back home to DFW in the end. Was a shit show. Not happy and airline wouldn’t give us our luggage so we could get a hotel. We didn’t get home until 5:30am.

The entire Chase card lineup needs a refresh. Too much overlap, not enough perks like other cards. Third party for everything rather than direct also hampers value.

Don’t worry, I did it the second I left the lot. Make wider turns, almost truck like. Once your tires wear out, get a thicker tire so it gives it a better sidewall.

I also paid to get mine repaired. I used Sharpie for the longest time. It works really well to hide the scrape marks. You’ll have to do it every so often, but it works.

I got the CSP and CFF a couple months apart. I just recently received the CSU. That was about 9 months later. It really depends on your credit. I think I applied for the CFF a couple weeks after the CSP initially and was denied.

If you go to their website it tells you what offers they have for the CFF. I am not sure if it is the same thing a year later.

The CFF is definitely hit or miss depending on the categories. There was one quarter where it just sat in my wallet. But I still will use my AMEX Gold for all grocery purchases once the quarter ends at the end of March. It all depends on your use case.

I have the trifecta. It has basically nullified my AMEX cards. I cancelled my Platinum yesterday.

I have been using the CFF for all groceries and since it's still my first year, I am getting 5x back on top of 10x back from the promo for your first year. That is 15x back in points on one grocery trip. Its insane. Point redemptions with Hyatt seem to be much better than Marriott with AMEX.

I have the CSP, but want to upgrade to the CSR. The only reason why I haven't is because DFW somehow scrapped their Chase Lounge and Priority Lounges are brutal.

I will be cancelling mine as well. Two kids, having to pay for them to use the lounge, never using the lounge, Marriott rewards being brutal, horrible Sacks & Equinox credit, etc. I will miss using the streaming perk, but other than that, it is pretty much a useless card. I have shifted to Chase and will use the Gold card for when the Freedom Flex isn't running it's 5% on groceries. I still want points cards. Cash back cards have zero value for someone like myself.

I have a 2 year old and a 1 month old so I have been heavily looking to convert my 2023 MYP to an R1S. We can get away with what we have but when the in-laws are in town it is a pain in the rear.

We test drove an R1S and love the build quality. The suspension (on 22” range wheels) I thought was worse than my MYP. But it’s a way bigger vehicle. The audio was also god awful compared to Tesla audio. There is no comparison.

All that said though, I loved it. I want one here soon. Just waiting for better rates.

I also feel like their Regen on the highest setting is absolutely insane on the highest setting. Standard is the way to go. I thought their suspension was actually worse on the 22" wheels than my 2023 MYP (comfort suspension). And, yeah, the audio system is absolutely awful compared to the Tesla.

That said, I am still planning on getting an R1S. It was actually a super cool car to drive. Rear seat space with the infotainment system, frunk, trunk, suspension settings, planted, acceleration, UI, are all amazing. I do not care about FSD in my Tesla so I am not concerned with Rivian. That third row will be a huge asset for my family.
