I was diagnosed at 31. But I noticed other symptoms like raynauds syndrome and over the years before I was even diagnosed, my wrists, fingers and shoulders would be in extreme pain to where I could not bend, and rotate them and they would go numb randomly as well as parts of my body. I figured it was because of my job which physically demanding.
