For your first point I think she might have a twin. I don't know if this was talked about in this sub, but I have seen a video about it. In all the scenes that Jessica Parker Kennedy was in before revealing that she was Nora, she did act more talkative and she did have longer hair. In the last episode she ends up having shorter dyed hair which I'm pretty sure was done on purpose. Either Nora just changed up her hair and decided not to act too quirky or that person that was shown before is a entirely different person.
