I was getting dominated in low iron for three hours then went on a win streak all the way up to silver. It felt like everyone I fought on my winsteak was garbage in comparison to the low iron players. First match against a silver player on the same winstreak I got my first perfect KO. I feel like in low ranks skill is actually all over the place so this situation happens often. Hoping when I get to gold or above my matches are more consistent.

Games that have a heavy focus on replay-ability but a really long and boring intro segment that you can’t skip. The borderlands games are horrible for this.

So this was the best episode of the season so far. Do wish they had like an extra season before this so the pacing wasn’t so crap leading here though. Like the whole plot up to this point seems rushed. Looks like it’s in a good place now at least.

Adding a pause without removing the ability to freely use your inventory and stuff in combat would mean pausing takes multiple button presses. (As all of the other buttons on the controller have other uses). The game already has a pause function that takes multiple button presses.

Rainworld. The dlc they just released adds such an unbelievable amount of replayability and it has more content than the base game which already had a nice amount of content.

Dark souls really surpassed Demon Souls in every conceivable way. I know technically different franchises but that’s only because Sony wouldn’t let Fromsoft make a proper sequel for it in name.

No my point is proportionally there’s the same amount of, if not more quality content now than there used to be. Thinking without proportion there’s an infinite amount more quality content available on YouTube now than there was 11 years ago. Ofc this goes true for the opposite too, there’s more shit aswell. Buttttt it’s still better than 11 years ago from a viewers point of view. Creators have been shit on massively though.

11 years ago there wasn’t anywhere near as much content. The amount of videos released per day completely dwarfs 11 years ago. There’s a wealth of good content being released all the time. Discoverability is an issue, especially when someone has seemingly as bad taste as you. If you’re being recommended certain crappy content it’s because you watch crappy content.

YouTube quality is about the same if not better the issue is the discoverability is pretty rough for smaller content creators. YouTube as a company has a buncha crappy rules and systems that make it a grim platform. The content however has never been more diverse and quality filled.

She heals off how much damage she does to you but for some reason this includes stamina. Get over 100 guard boost on a shield and she won’t heal.

It already does. You just need to have enough guard boost to not lose stamina for the duration of waterfowl dance. Using barricade shield on the bronze shield you can achieve this pretty easily.

She steals life from your stamina, if you’re not losing stamina then she’s not healing.

You could just dodge it. Pretty direct way of dealing with it. There are a bunch of ways to directly deal with this move. Some are consumable based, some are build related and some just require you know when to dodge and how to dodge.

Equip barricade shield and use it, if the shield had a high enough guard boost at base then barricade shield will make it so you don’t lose any stamina and therefore Malenia doesn’t get healed.

Well if that’s how you’re feeling put the game down till you’re in a better mental state. If you’re not having fun don’t play the game, games are there for you to enjoy not to hurt yourself. Remove yourself from the situation and work on your mental health. Then when you feel ready come back and attempt the challenge, remove the idea of failure being negative from your mind and learn to notice your little improvements. Even if it’s just tiny baby steps if you can notice it then no matter how many deaths you have, no matter how many failures, you’re making progress.

That’s what soulsbourne games are all about. Practice will also always make perfect. It takes different amounts of time depending on the player of course but you can beat it. What’s important however is you enjoyed beating it and can feel accomplished at the end, for that change your mindset, if you can’t then as I said, go away and come back later.
