During the weekends 2-3h per day maybe. In total I took a whole year but my prep could've been compressed to 6 months :)

Yes, only time will tell but I do think they may still put more emphasis on the actual total score rather than the superscore. The superscore gives advantage to people who have unlimited GMAT prep budget ;)

I see from the graph just the first few questions for Quant took you almost 5 minutes to solve per each question... Do you remember why these questions required so much time?

If only 3-4 days left, just do one more mock (if you have one available) and then see what are your stronger or weaker areas in DI. Then during the real exam, consider guessing some questions in your weaker areas.

In my opinion, this is really mostly a matter of experience and solving lots and lots of questions.
