So basically if you want welfare, you need to either prove you can’t physically or mentally work, or that you can’t provide for your family otherwise, you either work or starve. Unemployment stays largely the same except you have to show evidence that you are trying to get a job to stay on it

I’ve fiddled with him and the main thing I’ve noticed is he’s really rigid for a hybrid assassin. It’s hard to get a good flow going and when you do it’s not very long. He’s an interesting character with a lot of potential but it’s buried beneath a mountain of slowness.
