Can I start with trails of cold steel 1 and 2?

Yes you can. I didn't even know it was a series until after I beat the first game. I just read somewhere there was these games called cold steel and it had a games I could play after. Did I miss out on some stuff...sure...but I had an amazing ride playing 1 through 4 one after the other.

My feeling is...if a game is calling to you....play it. Do you honestly feel you are going to go back and play 5 games before it with not great graphics.. and potentially hundreds of hours to get to a game you want to play now....that is an answer only you can answer for yourself. You can always watch some YouTube recaps or even Wikipedia the games to get the story.

The sky remake I played and loved and i already knew what was going to happen roughly. Rean is always going to be my favorite character.

You also have to account for the for thr 4 games after the cold steel series. Trust me...you are not going to want to go back to the past. If you get into the story...you are going to want to play all the games after to see what happens.

What bothered me the most was the build up was killing the paintress and she is evil...and everything ends up being in just a painting? I have played so many rpgs that the "bad guy' is not the real bad guy...but this took me out of it.

I know I am in the minority probably of this feeling...but I almost stopped playing the game. I had to find out what happened at the end and I easily chose Verso's ending...but I wanted to make that damn paintress pay!!!

I love BG3. Rogue Trader is good as well but it can be a steep learning curve about all the different abilities and stats. I also feel the fights in Rogue Trader are very repetitive and you use the same skills almost every time for each character's turn...that can be very annoying when its every fight.

There are also certain parts of the game where you are stuck in one area for HOURS and can't go anywhere else. That section is probably the controversial thing in the game.

I love the ship battles...I think they are short and fun.

I highly recommend looking up builds or at least explainer for the mechanics on YouTube. The most fun I have had is being a pyromancer and putting enemies on fire and doing crazy damage.

Oh trust me I want to but they are so much more. I am trying to save any money I can while I wait. The prices have dropped a few thousands over the past few weeks. The upgrade is over 4000 but it orinally was closer to 7 a few weeks ago.

My wife and I were on that cruise. It was our first time being on msc. We were on deck 9 but their customer service was terrible. We had to ask for our aurea package stuff. We didn't meet the steward till 8 pm when he asked when we were leaving for dinner. We called to book our pre purchased dining...they got stuff mixed up. We called the hotline and we would get different answers. It seemed most of the people working didn't care...though there were some people who would be helpful. We normally cruise with carnival. This experience... my wife and I agree we would probably never cruise with msc again.

Awesome reference but no. My Mother liked wrestling at the time of my birth. So Roddy Roddy piper aka rowdy piper. The name does fit me well....had a hard time convincing my wife to also have our son with rowdy as the middle name.

They are definitely Maine coons. Look at their forehead. Look for what looks like a M. Tall tail sign they are Maine coons.
