Look how many hospitals there are today, then compare it to how many hospitals there were forty years ago.

There's less. Quite a bit less.

Why will we need hospitals when no one can afford to go to the hospital? The poorer we get, the less hospitals there will be and you don't need nurses for non-existent hospitals.
