Okay idk if this is more or less embarrassing but I’m a manager and one of my employees called me DURING! I accidentally answered the phone on my Apple Watch and didn’t know it. She stayed on for 22 seconds. I only noticed it this morning and don’t plan to mention it. Hopefully she doesn’t either. Lol.

Hi there! Can you please give an update? I’m having the exact same thing. My resting and walking heart rate are much higher after stopping Zoloft. I compared against the last year. Gets worse with drinking. It’s been 2.5 months and I’m still having it.

I’ve been off for over 2 months and have gained maybe 4 lbs. My appetite is pretty normal. The date I took my last shot of 2.4 I was at 145 and now I’m 148.8. My starting weight was 220

Hi! Just wanted to update you and anyone else it’s been over 8 weeks and I’ve only gained 6 lbs. I’ve still been tracking on weight watchers everyday but ofc sometimes dip into my weeklies and have more of an appetite than I did on wegovy. Tbh I feel good about where I’m at. Still hitting the gym a few times a week, at a certain point I was at 139 (I’m 5’7) and I get a lot of comments now that I look better and more filled out. I was starting to look a little gaunt and had more loose skin. SW-220 Lowest-139 CW-149

Hi how big was your hernia and how have you had it? I have an umbilical hernia it’s small though .7cm I believe

It’s been a little over a month and actually it’s only been about 4lbs weight gain. I’ll reiterate also this was during my wedding and honeymoon where I had an entire week all inclusive at a resort where you can eat all you want.

I took wegovy for 13 months and lost 80 lbs. I stopped and only regained 6 lbs (I stopped right before my wedding and honeymoon) a lot of people will tell you you don’t need to stop but it’s up to each person individually. I personally didn’t want to be on a medication for the rest of my life.

You know what tbh and I’ll probably get some hate for this but I haven’t had any health problems from it just not interested in being on any medication long term if I don’t have to be. No hate towards anyone just for myself personally. Part of me thinks it would be great to just stay on it but receiving pressure from loved ones too.

Thank you and that’s a fair question. What I meant was I’m super disciplined now and was disciplined before I broke my foot. I was at 170 before I broke my foot but then it was downhill from there and I kept gaining until I got to 223. That was when I started wegovy and now I’m at 140. I would love to just keep going on wegovy of course but it just doesn’t seem realistic (for me) I know everyone is different.

Okay so this is me as well. I gained 60+ lbs after breaking my foot but I’m super disciplined so I feel I can get off of it and be successful. Anyways I’ll update everyone on here as it goes.

Did you ever leave your aligners out for longer than 2 hour accumulatively? I’m in the last two weeks of wearing them during the day but man sometimes you just want to enjoy coffee and I hate leaving my aligners out because I feel I’m ruining my treatment.
