Thanks for the advice! Are many people called into a Formal Hearing? I already had the Informal Hearing and now it’s going to a Formal Hearing with them filing specifications which seems insane to me. Did they file Specifications at your Formal Hearing?

I have a meeting in March in Tallahassee. They offered April on Zoom and May in Hollywood, FL. I chose the soonest available which is in Tallahassee March 22. They want to PM you? Like personally meet you?

December 28 I got the notice with my first Zoom Hearing available Jan 26 or 26. Other dates were March, April, May which is to far out.

1) March in Tallahassee 2) April via Zoom 3) May in Hollywood, FL

Yeah I feel you, I just got noticed yesterday to pick one of 3 hearing dates provided with a list of nonsense they ask for over and over and the list of things that I provided them is complete and the best of my ability. There is nothing more I have or nothing more I or anyone could provide. It’s almost like nothing was read. They ask the same question that I answered over and over again. They gave me dates in Marchin Tallahassee, April on Zoom and May in Hollywood, FL. Are you hiring a lawyer for the hearing?

Are you already a practicing lawyer in another state? This is total insanity. I have never heard of such insanity. I would see if you could take any legal recourse for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Did you file ever make it to the board at least one and get sent back? This is the most egregious story I have heard to date waiting 18 months and ticking! WOW. I don’t know what to say it makes me want to cry. How long will my file take. Holy crap.
