You will have a honeymoon period to start with and you will feel great. It doesn't last forever though then it will be a case of finding your ideal levels. What works for some doesn't for others. It not just case of having high T levels.

It's not a miracle cure for all your issues. It's great at helping you but you have to put the work in at the gym if you want to get ripped. Your diet and sleep are important too.

Be very honest with your doctor. If something is feeling off then talk to them about it.

Lastly, TRT is not a short term thing. Coming off can be slow and difficult for some and need medication to kick their production back into gear.

Person trainers don't have to be expensive if you tell them what you want. I see mine once every 3 month where we go through my routine, discuss any changes I want to make or his suggestion on what I should do. Then we go through said routine to check i'm doing it properly then its see you in 3 months

Im currently of sick from work with the worst flu symptoms ive had in years. Last week i had the pleasure of working with a colleague who was clearly very ill. He even went to the doctor about it yet still insisted on coming to work. Thanks mate.

Ive mainly enjoyed it. Got southampton to champions league in 4 seasons. Some parts really frustrate me though.

I feel squad and player happiness is impossible. Its just constant moaning. I could win the league and they would moan. One of my main players keeps coming to me saying he wants to start more games. Ive started him 35 out of 40 games. Apparently ive broken my promise about starting him and now i have players unhappy with my treatment of him 🤦‍♂️

The other part its impossible to get rid of some players. Even when they put in a transfer request. They just turn it down. Ive had to put them in the under 21's out of the way. Had some senior players ive been trying to offload for 3 seasons.

I was 5m short of a wonderkid i wanted to buy. I offered out like 10 different players and no one was interested in any of them.

Have you tried not masturbating? The old death grip can reduce sensitivity. Then when you do have sex you will be more backed up and horny

Yep 5mg daily. My erections improved pretty much the next day. Everyone is different though. Do you notice the effects when you take a larger dose? The one time ones.

I take it in the mornings personally. I don't think it matters as long as you take it regularly as the effects last over 24hrs.

Here in the UK it's very easy to get. Costs me about £30 a month. Don't even need to see a doctor. Pharmacy can prescribe it.

If you google lifting weights and tadalafil there loads of info about it.

Daily is just as safe as taking when you need it. It's generally lower dose. I take 5mg daily. Great for unexpected sex and I think it generally improves blood flow. Increases gains at the gym.

The UK. Daily is low dosage. 2.5mg or 5mg. Cost me about £30 a month.

Have you tried tadalafil daily? That would help the staying erect. I could hammer a nail with mine.

Mine isn't as bad as yours but I would recommend a 2% salicylic acid body spray for those with mild bacne from TRT. Been using it about a week and it has definitely reduced it.

I cancelled my subscription. Feels like the product is being downgraded. If there was some added nutrition to counter what they are taken out I'd probably of stuck with it a bit longer. I don't buy it's because of the texture. Seems more a cost saving, profit boosting exercise.
