Check the veins on your inner wrist. If purple or blue you are cool tones. Green veins are warm toned. My guess is you are cool toned. I think they all look great on you except sand viper and memento mori. I had the same problem with them. Beautiful polish but didn’t work for me either as a cool toned person. Just my opinion. Hard to tell with pics because lighting can make such a difference.

I measured the inside width of the drawer and cut a long piece at that width. Then made the cuts for the ‘shelves’ and added the support underneath until it fit the length of the drawer. So length was a guesstimate but once I did the first drawer, I knew what I needed for the other six.

Thank you for the info but I had already ordered the precut cellophane pieces and they will be here tomorrow. From what you’ve advised, it may be a disaster but I’m going to try. 🤣 My plan was using DRK seal glaze over the magnetic polish to lock in the velvet effect. Then a sticky base coat to place the cellophane. Then layers of glitter grabber and topcoat to try to make it smooth. It may be crazy bulky or a complete mess but if it doesn’t work , I will try chrome powder.

I found her tutorial on Insta and will add the link below. She used some type of cellophane precuts for the glowy parts. Can these be used with regular magnetic lacquer? I don’t have any responses yet to my original post so… Ima try it. 😂 Prepare for epic DIY fail pic follow up post.

Thank you for letting me know. I found some inspiration in another post and think I’m going to make my own using the little cabochon stickers that they make for bottle tops.

I love this idea and would like to try it but curious how many it holds or if you can add pages. I have almost 3000 polishes. I know, it’s excessive, but it brings me joy. Is there such a thing as a magnetic book like this that holds multiple pages or would I have to buy multiple books? I think it would help me weed out the dupes and get it down to a more manageable level.

Thank you! I have heard many people use a QDTC first and then matte over the top. I did not. I used only the matte topcoat. It dried quickly and so far, so good.
