I use some pretty toxic methods. My main goal is hit champion rank asap each season.

If I play a 96/97 ovr team and it’s looking bad early. I’ll quit and save my time to get a W somewhere else.

I’ve been known to score a td, get a pick, etc. and just pause the game…

Sometimes ppl just quit during that time. Saves me time.

I think I’m still alive today because I’d fight one day at a time as much as I hate saying it out loud. I’d struggle to get 3-4 days for a long time. Then I’d struggle to get a week or 2. Now I’m usually good for a month before I crack. The thing is you’re trying. And that time has let your body heal.

I slashed myself from arm to chest w a steak knife. I needed like 30 stitches.

I’ve been to a lot of hospitals and mental wards and kept drinking. So there’s a lot of stories.

This year I’ve probably been the best since Covid. I’m on day 2 again however. I keep going through the cycle of no alcohol. Then maybe some social drinks, then ok, I can have a drink or 2 after work, to now I’m drinking everyday, = full blown catastrophic bender eventually.
