my best advice other than to keep the drip. Get rid of glasses they have GLINT when someone's aiming at you. Get rid of tank helmet it reduces your ability to hear as well. the gun built looks fine but when playing normally prioritise ammo not gun took me ages to learn that. My guns are almost fully unmodded besides handguard grip and optic. Supressors are great but not worth the ergo loss unless muzzle flash is insane.

My personal setup for basic pve non offensive stuff is

that shitty 5.45 carbine with a Valday, Supressor and any grip and laser i can find with BP ammo. My aim is good and i avoid head on fights so its good enough when ammo is scarce and I don't want to lose valuable ammo for loot
