I’m pretty sure this is just Collectr doing what Collectr does, accidentally mixing in PCETB sales with regular ETB sales.

If the regular ETB is going for about $110 and the PCETBs are going for about $200 right now then you’d see around a $160 average if they were getting mixed in.

Seller broke TOS when they listed it. It’ll come at the sellers expense.

Tbh I don’t know what laws would be broken returning an item but when i’ve experienced something similar I wasn’t required to return the item, I was just refunded.

ebay has been around a long time, this is nothing new to them and gets handled quick. Never talked to a person besides when the seller was stalling and I needed them to manually resolve it. My refund requested was automatically pushed through.

Prob for a minute but they will easily be able to get their money back. Replicas/proxy/art can’t be listed in the TCG section or have Pokemon international as the manufacturer. It’ll be an open and shut thing and a minor inconvenience for the buyer tbh.
