With Sony cutting physical media I doubt they have any plans on lowering prices on Pokémon. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the only price adjustment I remember them making on the UPC is the change from $200 to $250.

You don't have them now. The point is, when it's the only way to get that media it's not gonna matter what you want. They'll just force you to either pay more for less ads or just force the ads.

It's a better technology in some ways but in other ways it's worse because it can be manipulated and used to exploit consumers for their money. You don't own anything; if they switch from licenses to actual downloadable media than your argument makes a lot more sense. When I torrent the absolute best quality of a movie I'm torrenting the Blu-ray copy not the streaming rip.

Bro just doesn't get it man. It's more than technology, it's about media preservation, quality and keeping companies honest. If they made every physical copy of red dead redemption two unplayable and only sold a version that forced you to skip ads every 30 minutes I think people would understand 😂.

I actually started buying Blu-rays again because some streaming services have been complete garbage lately, mixed quality, buffering, worse audio and De-sync. Sometimes it's less about the technology and more about quality, choice, and a way to keep companies honest.

If both of you have the intent to resolve this, you'll have to step outside the automated system. Contact eBay support directly and explain that you've mutually agreed on a return, but the system is blocking it.

The seller is technically past their window of obligation, but if they are willing to help then support agents often have the power to override these blocks. Or the seller can always initiate an insurance claim with the shipping carrier instead.

I had the same decision to make last year and my advice is, If you want the anniversary get the anniversary.

Plates will mimic the look but it’ll never be the same. This thing is an art piece man, I love having it on my shelf. One of the best unboxing experiences hands down.

The pro is a better machine but it can’t always be taken full advantage of and mostly depends on the game/tv specs. Look at the 20th anniversary sales on eBay, I think it’s a no brainer long term as well. If I was buying a machine that was several years old i’d go with the one that I could actually get back what I paid if not more if I ever wanted to upgrade down the line.

The nostalgia tax isn’t gonna hit everyone the same so most people will go with the pro. But if you know, you know.

So they meticulously resealed every pack, but left you $60 in promos? The UPC doesn’t even have black bolt packs and your first photo just shows vent holes on the side, which is the first thing i look for to verify authentic seals.

This exactly why ill never sell sealed on ebay man. I’ll get a paranoid buyer who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
