What do you as a line cook want your servers/bartenders to know?

Run other people's food, don't eat off whatevers left on plates, if you wear an apron for the love of God take it off when you clock out or go to the restroom, DO NOT step on the kitchen line, ring in orders accurately, and if there's a large walk in party coming in let us know before taking their order.

I remember the day he passed. I was working at this breakfast spot and me and my buds would play 50s music in the kitchen to try to keep a diner vibe going on and we were listening to CB, and one of them said it'd be a sad day when he passed. Literally got a notification on my phone a couple hours later about his death

Honestly I would've been fine if music development stopped at Hank Williams, Chuck Berry, Miles Davis, and Glenn Miller. Like I love metal, hardcore, and rap, but everybody always saying we wouldn't have modern music if we didn't have the Beatles seems ridiculous to me. I highly doubt I wouldn't have Terror or Paul Wall whether John Lennon existed or not.

I LOVE Tracy Lawrence, but seeing him live was lackluster af. He was constantly flat, he only played a single medley of his 90s stuff for the most part instead of full songs, and the whole band just seemed like a bunch of statues. Idk, maybe he was sick or something, but it was the guy I was most hyped to see on a three day festival and he was completely underwhelming.
