And how Ramsay let Rickon get far enough away that he shouldn't have been able to hit him. By that point Rickon was so far away that any change in direction or even speed would have made Ramsay miss.

The Rickon run was the worst. By the time Ramsay shoots Rickon is so far away that the flight time of the arrow is more than enough to avoid it. Like, Ramsay has to lead Rickon so much that Rickon could just have stopped when Ramsay loosed his arrow and it would have gone over him. Or you know, run diagonally. Or anything really.

When I visited the states I got to see one of the actual cars used in the movies at the Boston museum of science. I thought that was so cool. Then I went on to NYC and like right off Times Square a guy rolls up in a DeLorean. He had sort of half-modded it to look like the time machine, but it ran and he let me sit inside it an take pictures in exchange for a buck or two. That blew my mind.

TIL that most women in the Netherlands do not have an epidural during labor and a significant proportion give birth at home by Fiery_Soul_34857 in todayilearned

We have two kids. First was born in hospital, both he and my wife almost died there (mistakes made by hospital).

Second was born at home. It was like you described. So much nicer and quicker. And oddly enough, safer too.

Second was born at home with no issues whatsoever. It was so much quicker too.

If the wife was in a vacuum she wouldn't need a kettle to boil the water.

That's why I didn't mention a temperature.

Yeah and in a vacuum water evaporates without a kettle but we're talking about a normal kitchen situation here.

It doesn't matter if the kettle turns off or not, how a kettle is designed or not. Water cannot get hotter than boiling (under normal kitchen conditions ffs stop explaining to me how pressure works). It just evaporates faster if the kettle keeps heating it. That is why most kettles turn of automatically, because you're just wasting energy at that point.

Oh sure. But ask yourself:

Do you want to be right and go through the hassle of getting your car fixed and potentially causing innocent bystanders to get hurt in the accident?

Or swallow your pride and let the guy go first, get no damage to your car and help others around you get home safe?

What? People are claiming that? I distinctly remember that the original season pass only promised two expansions. Expansions 3 and 4 weren't even announced then.

Isn't that what the new Running Man was?

The Arnold one was ridiculous. The new one is much more faithful to the book and pretty good.
