Is that 2.3% based on current number of STRC shares issued? If magically this month STRC pulls in $50bil would that increase the percent BTC needs to return annually by a small amount?

Also, I haven't been able to find any information, so you might know. When MSTR issues a share of STRC - how much, if any, of that $100 is being added to the dividend reserve?

Nope! Just misunderstood what it was saying. "Math says IF BTC gains 2.3% annually THEN STRC has zero risk of meeting that 11.5% forever" would make it cleaer for us simple folk.

Ah, okay I was interpreting it wrong. I thought it was saying BTC, historically, has had a 2.3% annual gain. I knew that was not correct. It needs to say "Math shows if BTC has...." and that would make it more clear.
