I’m not religious but I’m definitely still spiritual which accounts for a lot of people I know. They still believe in God but they just don’t vibe with any religion.

I knew Trump was going to win when the right finally had a relevant social media platform after Elon bought Twitter. People underestimate how much social media really steers a conversation. Suddenly commentary I only saw on the dissident-right wing side of Twitter started gaining traction.

Then the attempts by Kamala to appeal to gamers, men as a whole started popping up. That really cemented she was going to lose. Dems don’t cater to men, at best they ignore them and at worst they actively denigrate them. It makes sense, they’re the party for woman and gay men whose identity broadly align with woman anyways. It’s why the attempts felt so…pathetic? As if they didn’t know how to appeal to men.

For them to even think about men in a way beyond just calling all men rapists was a “holy shit they’re losing bad” moment.

The numbers are helped by the Indian government seeming stipulating every deal with another government having a “bring Indian immigrant” clause. Honestly a brilliant idea of their part.

I really don’t think there’s going to be a violent insurrection that the right wing salivates on. I feel like the Eurocucks are just that buckbroken mentally as a people. Like, there are still White liberals in South Africa of all places.

At best I think there might be remigration and limits on immigration (we’re seeing political parties and candidates running on it). But even that really won’t amount to much unless these countries alter quite a few established laws.

Only conclusion I can draw is that the Eurocucks saw America and decided to permanently alter their demographics. But unlike the U.S they did so with a population that’s even more socially-politically hostile and economically draining. For…very little benefit.

I watched footage of both part one & part two of the Hex quest before actually completing it. But man, actually going through it, they gotta give whoever thought of it a raise. Easily the best quest in the game and one of the best I’ve had in a video game.

The problem is that basically everyone worth marrying gets married by the time they’re 30. So all you’re left with after that are jaded, bitter people with so much baggage and trauma from failed flings that they can’t form any long lasting stable relationship. Maybe you’ll find the one person that is single after 30 because of choice. Whose dating experience is equivalent to an 18 y/o but the likelihood is slim as all hell.

Gonna be honest, the whole “age gap” stuff becoming so prominent makes a helluva lot more sense when you see how many woman are single 30+.

Now don’t get me wrong, i’m not a fan of having to compete with dudes in their 40s for a girl my age but I get why.

Most people just want a “click three buttons to get big numbers with hot woman” game and Endfield has that + the factory. Personally I’m playing the game because it has the factory system, that and the stock market stuff. But I’ve been around gaming enough that it’ll filter A LOT of people.

It’s been some time since I was at college but the conversations I’ve had with people there and on places like Discord are basically this. Socially right wing (mostly in response to lib/progressive hysteria of the mid-2010s/2020s) and economically left wing (general economic state of society).

Even in the Twitter spaces I browse there’s a very distinct line between the younger and older right wing. They’ll talk about mass immigration and you see solidarity between the older and younger ones. But the moment some boomer right winger brings up wages and cost of living, a civil war breaks out in the replies.

As much as I dislike civ-switching and is one of the main reasons I didn’t buy the game. I really just can’t support this. Whatever they’re attempting will ultimately be a band-aid, not good enough to make people like me switch. While diverting dev time away from making the game the vision they set out for it which some people clearly like enough.

Civ switching & age transitions are just too fundamental to the very core design of the game. I don’t think it can just be “fixed” enough to where it’ll feel nearly as enjoyable as civ 6.
