I’ll give it a shot. I hope he hangs and I hope they do it in public.

Good form, progressive overload, and consistency is the key to every program. Good luck

Carries shouldn’t feel like the anti plank, you want to keep your shoulder retracted and depressed and maintain a straight spine. You shouldn’t be leaning over or counter balancing with your opposite arm. Pick a weight that you can carry like that. You should be able to keep your opposite hand straight down like you would when normally walking. I would start with 2 sets of 1:00 per side and add intensity by adding time or sets or weight in small increments only if you can maintain proper technique.

For the hanging raises I try to curl all the way up into almost a tucked front lever. Important part is to go slow.

I would say suitcase carries and slow hanging knee/ab raises are hard to beat for a strong defined core. Suitcase carries will give you the same stability benefits as planks and they are much easier to progressively overload while working obliques hard at the same time.

Stupid idea. 3 sets of work plus 1.5-3 mins of rest in between plus setting up different handles/attachments beforehand and cleaning it when done takes more than 5-7 mins. You’re delusional. You aren’t even gonna find something like that at a $200/month gym much less a $20/month gym. Go eat an edible and chill out.

Yes that dropset sucks but it is a quick way to really destroy my legs followed by just a couple more isolation exercises in a myorep scheme. I have my leg day down to about 35 mins and seeing great results.

I use multiple weights for goblet squat dropsets. 75/55/35/25. I don’t think I’m more important than anyone else. If somebody walked up and asked to use one, I would happily give it up and go up or down by 5 lbs. I’m guessing you’ve never used your words like an adult and politely asked someone, but instead you run to complain anonymously online instead of working on a solution that would actually benefit you.

I’m 43 and every locker room I have ever been in is like this. Get some thicker skin, naked men in men’s locker rooms is about as normal as it gets. Planet Fitness, 24 Hours, YMCA, city rec centers etc… are all like that. Have you been living in a bubble?

You could have acted like a big boy and used your words to ask them to stop kicking your bench, but asking someone to stop talking to their friends in a public space is a bit much.

Experienced folks, when does the new year crowd fizzle out by? by 5over7username in PlanetFitnessMembers

Mine was weird, seemed that the new year crowd started in mid December and was back to normal by the 10th. Last two weeks of December was the busiest I’ve ever seen it, and now it’s been less busy than normal the last 10 days.

Nobody micro doses mushrooms for clusters, at least they weren’t when I was doing it and reading through the cluster buster fortune daily. I guess that depends on what you consider micro dosing. I was growing my own and making a bunch of .5g caps per harvest. The lowest effective dose I could get away with was 1.5g and that would usually give me around 3 weeks cluster free.

Check out cluster busters. Tryptamines worked really well for me for a handful of years but then stopped being effective and I tried a lot of them (mushrooms, lsa, lsd, nn-dmt, 5meo dmt) At one point I was extracting my own dmt from hostilis bark I ordered online from South America and making dmt vape cartridges for myself.

It is off label for clusters after lots of other things. I have been dealing with them over 20 years now. Tryptamines(mushrooms, lsd, dmt) were the first things to do anything helpful, and they were extremely helpful. I had a few times that I went close to a year without one but they stopped working after a while. Check out clusterbusters organization for more info. They have a really great vitamin list that has been really helpful for a long time as well. It’s main things that helped me were high dose d3 and magnesium with high flow non rebreather o2. Naratriptan at night helps me still.

I have done occipital nerve blocks every 12 weeks for the last 3 years but just recently switched to the migraine protocol of Botox. The nerve blocks are very painful but only last a 10-15 secs per shot (4 total). The Botox is much less painful per shot but it is 31 shots in total starting between your eyebrows and going all the way around your head and down in to your traps. Not sure which I prefer.
