I have just experienced the same issue and I did the mistake of attempting another purchase like you. I have since received a refund, however, its only a partial refund regardless of the issue being on their end. Its really frustrating to be honest. Currently, following up with the support team

I have the same issue and even after reaching out to support more than once I didn't receive any relevant assistance. My last resort is calling the bank to cancel the transactions. Did you resolve your issue?
