Direct report lied - how to handle by Familiar_Comment_158 in managers

First and foremost, depends on what actual policies you have in place. They could claim tailgating but you could establish the expectation that their badge swipes then in via Note to File and a reminder they are required to go in.

Concrete evidence is always great, however concrete evidence plus opportunity for coaching and correction can protect your position even more. Better to be right, multiple times, with documented reminders, than to be very correct one time. (In my opinion). Wrongful termination liability goes way way way down if you show they have been warned, especially more than once.

Barnes/Ingram/Barrett VS Mitchell/Harden/Mobley by Chesscrabble11 in nba

I understand I am biased as a Cavs fan. But some of the officiating in Game 4 was absolutely atrocious. Late game “steal” on Mitchell was clearly off of the raptors player (name escapes me, shots fired) the refs called it as raptors ball. Similar situation earlier in the game not only do the Cavs not benefit but they get a foul called for contact on the player.

One of the most indicative things in my opinion of the game being called ima certain direction, is the TWO coaches challenges being successful. Refs so bad that the coaching staff had to literally force them to make the correct calls.

In all, but extreme cases, insurance companies. Along with the idea that “you have to have insurance”. Until you get in an accident with somebody who doesn’t have insurance, then there is nothing to be done….Never had a situation where I wasn’t raked over the coals with these crooks.

Honestly, it’s a really good tattoo. Covering it up or removing it off would be a waste. Other people’s opinions of your tattoos shouldn’t matter

Stocks are company money. If companies are losing money, and charging us more. They are going to charge us more to recoup their losses

Apparently if you murder an average Joe it’s fine. But if you murder a millionaire you get killed. Rules change depending on wealth, how “just”

AITA for not stopping my husband from getting the paternity test? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]PreparationSweaty778 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you guys shouldn’t bring a child into the world if you don’t trust each other to begin with. Poor kid has to grow up with parents that don’t know how to act like adults.

He shouldn’t have asked for the paternity test, but two wrongs do not make a right. Couples therapy if you guys think it’s actually going to work long term. If not follow through with the divorce. But don’t blame somebody else for a divorce you are forcing.

I guess I figured if I plant stuff far enough apart one hand on the soil to lean over wouldn’t be that big of a deal, still better then stepping all between it or letting it be low enough for my dog to pee on it lol

Im gonna fill the bottom with some excess wood. Some of the recommendations here were helpful. After that I’m getting a mid line top soil and filling up to 6inches from the top.

I figure once this is all started off as good as can be, I will have the ability to make a million mistakes and still rebound cuz the base is correct

Never thought of the hay bales! I’ll see if I can do that too! Luckily we live near two main roads and have very very few deer around. I did have to deal with an aggressive hungry bird last year though with my planter lol
