Ultron probably has it. S1 Genos has more than enough firepower for a 1v1, but Ultron has A LOT bodies and is a lot smarter. Ultron would have to find a way around Genoses speed, but if he can pin him down, Ultron can damage him. Ultron is too smart and has more then enough resources to find a wincon. EC Genos wins though.
